Beginner's Series - An Introduction to Iyengar Yoga
Profound, intelligent, and transformative, Iyengar Yoga is for every age, body type, and fitness level. Iyengar Yoga provides practical tools to create and maintain bodily health and vitality, mental clarity, emotional serenity, and spiritual well-being. Developed by B.K.S. Iyengar during his more than 75 years of teaching, Iyengar Yoga is grounded in the ancient Indian tradition and philosophy of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
Beginner's Series provides aprogressive 3-week series to launch the foundation and covers the basic postures and actions taught in Level 1 Iyengar Yoga classes. The series is designed for new students or those returning after a long break. We look forward to welcoming you!

Sunday March 8, 15 & 22 from 1-2.15 pm taught by David Rubeo. David began studying Iyengar Yoga in 2003 and received his Level 1 certification in 2021
