Beginner's Series - An Introduction to Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga provides practical tools to create and maintain bodily health and vitality, mental clarity, emotional serenity, and spiritual well-being. Developed by B.K.S. Iyengar during his more than 75 years of teaching, Iyengar Yoga is grounded in the ancient Indian tradition and philosophy of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.

Beginner's Series provides a progressive 3-week series to launch the foundation and covers the basic postures and actions taught in Level 1 Iyengar Yoga classes. The series is designed for new students or those returning after a long break. We look forward to welcoming you!
