The Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York, which is operated by the Iyengar Yoga Association of Greater New York, offers progressive learning in a quarterly cycle of courses. Students may also may drop in to any of some 70 regularly scheduled classes each week, space permitting.

Above is the link to our weekly schedule. The Institute's regularly scheduled classes are occasionally cancelled for holidays and to accommodate workshops and other special
events.

Introductory Classes and Series for First Time Students:

Introductory classes are offered at the Institute for first time students. In conjunction with the Introductory Class you have the opportunity to pre-register for our special Introductory Series. You do not need to be a member of the Association to purchase this special package. This introductory series is especially designed for newcomers to Iyengar Yoga.
